A Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of employees (4-5) and motivating them to complete their job duties effectively. A Team Lead’s duties include training new employees and providing team members with daily objectives, developing and implementing reward systems to motivate employee productivity with leadership team approval, and communicating with upper management to determine the best methods for meeting business goals.

Responsibilities:

● Extension of Leadership team

● Support the opening/closing of the facility by leveraging the opening/closing checklist.

● Facilitate the use of gift cards at the POS.

● Strong understanding of state/local regulatory guidance and policy (Ability to interface w/ CCC if necessary)

● Aid in providing pertinent information for employee performance evaluations.

● Track/Trace write-ups as it relates to: uniform, performance, attendance, etc.

● Support processing potential returns/exchanges.

Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

● Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge and trends.

● Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

● Must be 21 years of age

● Must pass all state-required background checks

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

● Practical and proactive thinking abilities.

● Excellent written and communication skills

● Proficient in adopting new software and ever-evolving technologies. Strong leadership qualities

● Strong knowledge of standard office applications and word-processing software. (proficient with Microsoft Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour

• Supervisory or Team Lead: 1 year (Required)
• Retail: 2 years (Required)
• POS : 1 year (Required)
