Attendees will enjoy an inspiring afternoon featuring the Avery Sharpe Quintet\, Springfield Symphony Orchestra musicians\, the Extended Family Choir\, and the Springfield Symphony Chorus. \nAs we commemorate Juneteenth—the day enslaved people in Texas learned of their freedom on June 19\, 1865—we invite the community to come together in celebration\, reflection\, and appreciation of Black history\, culture\, and contributions.
